The Sunday after Halloween, we took a drive to the US National Whitewater Center and had a nice time walking around and enjoying the fall scenery. As you can tell from our clothes, the weather was great.
As the week went on, Sam showed signs of a cold, which ultimately came to fruition this past weekend. Poor little guy. He's been having trouble sleeping, he has a small fever with a runny nose, and he's in discomfort. But its just a common cold and he'll be fine. As for his parents -- well, we caught what he has and the two of us are in the early stages of getting sick. But we can't complain. Life is good.
