No Pain, No Gain

Sam had his two month doctor visit today, and he's doing very well. He weighs 13 lbs, 8 oz; and he's 23 inches long. That puts him in the 90th percentile in weight, and the 52nd percentile in length. That means he's average height, but chubby -- just like his mom was when she was a baby. The downside of the visit was that he got three vaccination shots. They affected him, and he had a rough day (the picture above shows him sleeping off the pain). But he'll be back to normal before we know it. Also contributing to the uncomfortableness is that Sam is starting to teethe. He's coping with that by learning to stick his hand in his mouth.

There are six new pictures in the June photo gallery, which include a good dad/son photo and a unique "Ribar Creations" t-shirt from his Great Aunt Mary and Great Uncle David.
