Happy Birthday, Juliette!

Juliette is 4!  We celebrated in Hilton Head.  She still has no concept of time (or difference between yesterday/today/tomorrow).  So we did the countdown by "sleeps".  Only 3 more sleeps till your birthday, etc.

Two months ago, we could prop John up against anything, and he'd stand there all day; and Adam wouldn't even straighten his legs to try.  Now, it's completely reversed. Adam pulls himself up and stands anywhere -- on your leg, the couch, a chair.  But his favorite place to stand is at the toilet and play in the water.  So now we have to keep all the bathroom doors closed.  Meanwhile, John has lost all interest in standing.  No standing or walking.  Instead, he just wants to riiiiiiiide.
That's their #1 thing to do right now.  Rides in the car, or rides on the scooter (see below). Adam is happy pushing or riding, but he's a better pusher.  Which is great because John just wants to sit and ride.  It's a nice perk because it saves us back-breaking work.  Unless they want to race.  That's when we enlist the help of Sam, Liz, and Juliette.

School starts in two weeks, and the kids are still at the age where they look forward to it.  But before that happens, Adam and John turn 1 in less than a week!  How time flies.
